Votive ship models, as they were called, were suspended from the rafters of many a sailor's church. Some feel that this is the best way to display a model. As a compromise AM designed two 'universal' brackets in bronze and wood. When attached to a wall with accompanying hardware (for wood and plaster walls), the brackets hold up the model and nothing interferes with the beautiful curves and lines of your ship's hull and sails. Brackets will hold most of the model boats shown on our website.
